RETURNS POLICY

JTM Auto takes pride in delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the applicable return policy below based on your order type.

 

1. Online Orders (Shipping Orders)

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be approved prior to returning the item.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • The original invoice must be provided.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • A tracked shipping method is strongly recommended.
  • If the item is damaged during return shipping, additional costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

  • A 10% administration fee will apply.
  • Item must be in resalable condition (unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging).

Undelivered / Refused Orders

  • Orders that are refused or cannot be delivered and returned to us will be treated as a return.
  • All return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

2. Local Pickup Orders (In-store / Warehouse Collection)

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be approved prior to returning the item.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of collection.
  • Products must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included parts.

Change of Mind

  • A 10% administration fee will apply.
  • The package must be in perfect resalable condition.

Important Notes

  • No refund will be issued for items that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Any damage or missing parts may result in a deduction or refusal of refund.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • The product is damaged or not in its original condition;
  • The product is a special or custom order.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, manuals, or parts.

Warranty

All JTM Auto products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Customers are responsible for proper installation, usage, and maintenance.
  • JTM Auto is not liable for any issues arising from third-party installation services.

Legal Notice

  • All products are designed for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
  • We make no claims that our products are road legal or insurable.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and insurance requirements.

Deposits & Appointments

  • A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Deposits for special orders are non-refundable.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance.
