IMPORTANT: 

• My Roll R Cover sometimes opens when I stop and switch off my BYD Shark 6. Why is this happening? This is due to the Shark 6’s factory central locking system. The vehicle automatically locks once you drive above ~10km/h, and then unlocks when the car is turned off.
  If you manually unlock the door before switching the car off, the system interprets this as a “double unlock click,” which triggers the cover to open. How can I stop this from happening?

  There are a few easy fixes:

  1. Disable the double-unlock cover function in the HSP app
     – Open the HSP app and turn off “Open cover with double unlock click.”

  2. Turn the car off before unlocking the door
     – This prevents the vehicle from sending a double-unlock signal.

  3. Adjust your Shark’s lock settings
     – Go to Settings → Vehicle → Locks (or Door & Lock).
     – Switch off Auto Lock / Auto Door Lock.

• Do not stand/sit or rest heavy objects on Roll R Cover
• Humans or animals are not to be under the closed cover at any given time
• Electric Tonneau Cover is not dust or water tight
• If contact with volatile chemicals occur, clean Cover with mild detergent and water solution
